Made by freezing apples from our pumaradas and subsequent pressing (cryoextraction) to extract a must highly concentrated in sugars and after a slow fermentation at 12 ºC to obtain this rich, golden and unctuous nectar.

Colour: golden, bright reflections and thick and persistent tears.

Smell: On the nose it presents varietal aromas of green apple on white peach, plum and white flowers that gradually evolve into ripe apple.

Taste: shows great volume and is warm and voluptuous. The entry is sweet due to its high residual sugar content, and soon gives way to a powerful and very refreshing acidity. The center of the mouth is eminently fruity, with intense citrus notes (lemon, mandarin ...); while the finish is infinitely long and of great fruit persistence.

Alcohol degree: 9% v/v

Contains SULFITES.

Service temperature: 7 - 10 ºC.
