Tripe with Chorizo Sausage

Homemade El Gaitero tripe with chorizo sausage, made with a selection of beef, veal and pork meats.

El Gaitero brings traditional Asturian dishes to your table. Its wide range of precooked dishes includes the most delicious meats and pulses from the mountains lining the Cantabrian coastline. Fabada bean stew, cocido meat stew and Asturian morcilla black pudding or cured chorizo sausage are just a few of El Gaitero’s dishes, which also come in a range of sizes and packaging.


Heat in a bain marie for 15 minutes or in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Serve while very hot to prevent the dish from jellifying. Goes particularly well with a portion of small green peppers for snacking on.
